Still not getting windows 10 creators update - Microsoft Community

have lenovo z580 laptop windows 10 version 1607, build 14393.1358 installed. updates installed through auto-update. still not getting creators update. kindly suggest possible reasons  behind this. thanks.

you can wait windows update deliver or can install via media creation tool, either choosing upgrade now, or creating media or iso open or click mount , run setup. 

be sure files , windows 10 image backup

so have easy path if there insurmountable issues. 

if reason fails install can optimize windows better upgrade following overcoming windows 10 upgrade & version update failures.
