Removed child but computer still not "right" - Microsoft Community

i reset laptop in windows 10 remove of apps, etc give 15-year-old son. set microsoft account password , seemed until tried install google chrome (necessary schoolwork).

he prompted parental permission through microsoft family. logged account , removed him account - didn't take time way give him 3rd party app permission, again, email supposed come requesting permission run app on computer never came either...

after being removed account, still prompted parental permission through microsoft family. however, when clicks link send email requesting permission given error. because no longer associated account.

is there way resolve short of resetting computer again (takes hours) , creating new microsoft account him?
