okay folks,

pretty unflappable in last few months microsoft has messed me twice.  i got update still has me unplugging 1 of 2 monitors before can use either effectively.  now windows 10 can no longer see android phone properly, before using app allow me mirror phone screen on computer, detects phone partially.  i have read little similar behavior might related item called, "microsoft - wpd - 2/22/2016 12:00:00 - 5.2.5326.4762" being in windows 10 pro environment need figure out if causing issue.
