Windows Update issue after Swapping Hard Drive - Microsoft Community

i had smal 60gb ssd drive , updated samsung 850 evo (500gb ssd drive).  

i did swap way of system image.  

everything except windows update seems fine.  

i have downloaded fixit tool , have updated windows update tool.  

i tried rebooting , stopping/restarting update tool, multiple times.  

windows activated.  

what else should try?

when (exact date, preferably) did "swap" ssds?

how did win7 installed on new ssd?
