windows update not work on of our computers. windows 8.1 , windows 10 operating systems reformatted hard drive , fresh install , not update. error code 80072ee2 , 1 other did not write down.

things have tried:

-format , re install operating system

-used update diagnostic tools

-reset update settings

- dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

- sfc /scannow

- chkdsk c: /f /r /x

does have answer fix have tried every option find on internet.

please give answers other sending me
