before generic response:
i not have third party anti-virus software. windows defender.
all of other devices connect , remain connected.
i have tried command prompt "netsh winsock reset all"
my router have latest drivers/updates
i have set power settings prevent computer turning off wifi adapter save power.

- have done troubleshooting steps fix intermittent connection on laptop?
- have tried uninstalling wireless driver of laptop?
- what’s make , model of router?
- what wireless frequency using? 2.5 ghz or 5 ghz frequency?
