stuck restart loop after attempting to reset network setting - Microsoft Community


i have surface pro4 windows 10. had updated system creator windows 10 edition couple of days ago , internet @ home not @ university campus. needed upload exam school had no internet went reset network setting , computer restarted. person helping me wouldn't let restart on own , instead forced shutdown holding down power button. ever since then, when press power start on, make log in screen, type in password, , stuck in loading screen. shortly thereafter, orange box says "your pc automatically restart in 1 minute. windows ran problem last time , needs restart." perpetually stuck in restart loop , can't out of it. 

i have tried 2 button reset (power button 30 sec , power + vol buttons 15s) , gets me surface uefi screen. have changed secure boot configuration microsoft , restarted no avail. , same restart loop when use microsoft & 3rd party ca restart. cannot seem out of loop. please have exam in 1 week. thank in advance.

it seems you're having problems booting surface. suggest perform troubleshooting steps below try resolve issue:

method 1: press , hold power button in @ least 20 seconds.

method 2:

1. hold down power button of surface 30 seconds.

2. hold down volume-up button , power button on surface @ same time @ least 15 seconds, , release both. screen may flash surface logo, continue holding buttons down @ least 15 seconds.

3. after releasing buttons, wait 10 seconds.

4. press , release power button on surface turn on.
