when first installed naruto shippuden ninja storm 3 worked smoothly after didn't worked when start it runs , after shows press start button , press it shows black , doesn't run saying stopped working after trouble shoot showed incompatible program do?

this issue occurs due third-party application. understand what's causing , provide accurate resolution, know if made modifications/configurations prior issue.

in meantime, can perform clean boot on computer resolves issue.
