help!!! can't take more... windows 10 apps quit working including store. have tried including refreshing windows 10. name it... i've tried it. resetting, refreshing, et al. error codes on these no matter instructions follow command prompt. went through manual , becoming endless!

i believe one of problems hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion policies.
