1 system brand new 1.factory refurbished two windows computers - Microsoft Community

i received christmas 2015 brand new acer aspire es1-512 windows 10 laptop careful on unit downloading updates approved sourcses. writting email thank christmas presents 2016 computer went black , there no prewarning nothing cause alarms go off ... black.

 i forced implement system hard shutdown after attempting several times clt+ alt+delete shutdown faild work  after powering manufacturer logo came normal when should have seen windows screen shocked see black screen. tech savy brother contacted manufacturer said software problem sent me microsoft couldn't access unit stated didnt believe virus , said sent use manufacturer. unit 1 stats are: new out of box manufacturer acer model  aspire es1 512 , unit came windows 10 preinstalled , office 365.

unit #2.   refurbished manufacturer approved technion sevice.

man: dell    model: latutude e5510

unit had been upgraded run windows 10 pro   , full version of office 16.

purchased date : 01/02/17 @ 3pm 

when returned home 30 mins later unit started with. no problems . ran systems update first thing ran defenders full system scan no problems defected. spent several hrs on social media sites shutdown unit down until evening of 01/03/17@5:30pm 

this time called dell tech support told take battery out remove power cord replace hold down shift buttton press power action chose reset me or recycling unit chose first. sat , watched holding breath.the first part of reinstalling appearesed successful. when completed restarted  stopping @ settings blue page asking country of origin , time zone completed , clicked next button  the computer appeared  processesing information had given it.thay @ . 

is there out there knows & how fix it?
