i updated nokia lumia 830 windows 10, unable download/ upload pictures example on whatsapp, cant refresh facebook , unable surf web.

what can do?

you need uninstall , reinstall updates fix issue. use windows device recovery tool downgrade , use windows update upgrade phone again.
