Windows Live Mail not responding - Microsoft Community

i unable receive e-mail.  it keeps asking username , password won't accept it.  i error message:

unable send or receive messages twcny.rr (twomutts) account. incorrect password entered. next time send or receive messages, you'll asked enter user name , password account.

to narrow down email problem, kindly answer following questions:

• were experiencing same problem other email accounts?
• was email account set in windows mail primary account?
• have tried accessing twcny.rr (twomutts) account through web? experience same problem?
