Windows Live Mail - Microsoft Community

i had email address bell.  i changed internet providers email address defunct.  i tried stop email trying load messages email address.  instead removed entire account folders , all.  i looked on , said should have got warning said removed didn't work right.  i tried cancelling midstream , still got rid of everything.  i had pretty important messages needed keep.  i contacted bell , can't of messages back.  does know if , how can retrieve of these messages.
