windows 10 start up error message - Microsoft Community

i have had several instances of start error messages when switch on desktop.the messages vary "your pc has problem , needs restart. collecting data on fault , restart pc."

fault code varies such as:

system thread exception or

memory management or

kernal security check failure  or

faulty hardware corrupted page.

have had problem or microsoft collecting data pc.

without knowing more, suggest try turning off fast startup...

this feature works when shutdown , boot.

it doesn't effect restart.

to turn off or on...

go control panel...power options, , select choose power buttons on left.

then select change settings unavailable near top center of screen...

lower down on window, uncheck fast startup.

this may or may not problem, easy check.

if resolves problem, can investigate isn't loading properly.
