W10 v1607 Update - Microsoft Community

my new dell pc has been trying update version 1607 since january 2017. there have been dozen failed attempts starting january 22 , recent today, march 14. have tried numerous times on own update on flash drive. i'm beginning hate microsoft. have 250gb of free space on solid state drive. updated v1511 , previous updates no problems. have identical dell (same ram (16gb), motherboard, video card etc., except has standard hard drive) updated automatically in january , couple of other older pcs that did the update with no issues.

any suggestions?

we know how hard update push through. may suggest use windows update troubleshooter , resolve problems prevent updating windows.

let know result of diagnostic.
