Snip It failed to launch. - Microsoft Community

situation: have user that has snip installed on windows 8.1 64-bit dell latitude e5440 laptop , app stops working after day installed.  behavior weird, snip installed (no errors - installation completed successfully) the user has no errors or issues app while using and closes app when done.  later or next day, when attempts open snip it, not open.  app acts uninstalled. repair , reinstallation not solve issue.

question: how can resolve "failure launch" issue?
