Resetting this PC 77% - Microsoft Community

yesterday @ 14:20, reset laptop

(samsung series 3, 2012, updated windows 10, 4gb ram, 700 gb installed storage)

it reached 77% @ 19:30 on same day. 12:07 (next day) , still showing "resetting pc 77%"

i had backed data beforehand , selected 'completely clean drive' in reset options. turned off kaspersky's protection , disabled uac.

searching on forums told me wait out whole thing finish itself. i'm worried maybe late before intervening.

there not data on laptop (my files didn't fill 32 gb stick) , not had many programs installed (only 15 common programs). no reason cleaning should take long time (though storage big).

to give background, laptop came windows 8 preinstalled (so no question of being supplied install disc or product keys, etc. ). free ugraded 8.1, 10 , of 10's annual updates. 2 days before reset, installed creators update using microsoft's update tool.

maybe solution wait out , if fixes itself, clear thread. if not, please me out. in advance.
