My product key was blocked by Microsoft for Windows 7 Home Premium - Microsoft Community

bought cd refurbished computer or upgrade windows 7 home premium.  i had windows vista on dell.  it's been activated year.  i'd been having issues working decided reboot cd again.  now it's telling me may victim of counterfeit software.  i tried activating several times , manually phone service , punching in 6 digit codes.  microsoft has blocked product key.  i tried buy new 1 online through microsoft option , keeps telling me browser outdated.  it won't completed update without errors.  i downloaded genuine tool @ system , doesn't either.  i ran diagnostic tool show reports.  i don't know how read it.  any appreciated.  thanks.
