my new purchase from microsoft is not usable - Microsoft Community

i got new laptop microsoft.com, , trying set . once hit start botton, window pops out saying: computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed' , asked me restart computer install windows.

i tried restart on 10 times, , same error keeps poping out.

do laptop microsoft.com, in theory, come window system pre-installed , thing user need set up? 

 

need choose name , personalization options, nothing more.  i call microsoft store bought or replacement working computer.
