Microsoft.NET Error Reporting SHIM that keeps appearing [dw20.exe

this continuation of "microsoft.net error reporting shim" error reported here.

i've "microsoft .net error reporting shim" dw20.exe error popping of programs developed on .net platform

the solutions reported have not solved problem in march 2017.

what seems core issue? [just answer how problem rising on & on again]

tried several .net fixing solutions, including .net repairs, .net updates, .net re-installs..

but problem still there, fewer times... [@least i've lowered incidence times]

i've tried safe boot, chkdsk, sfc/scannow... many ton of times !!

but problem recurring...

so, ultimate request: , complete solutions ms experts??
