0x80131505 error code - Microsoft Community

hello wondering why windows store application not open keep getting various error codes; "0x80131505" common. have tried power-shell command, wsreset.exe command , have tried switching network. please explain whats going on?

based on information provided, suggest run system file check (sfc) scan , repair system files & dism fix things sfc cannot. possible there's corrupted system file in computer.
