Windows Edge, Loosing Favorites - Microsoft Community

on 3 occasions, 2 times today lost or part of favorites in windows edge.  couple of weeks opened edge , favorites gone.  restored them from  internet explore updating.  today using edge , stopped lunch.  when came back, favorites gone including my  favorites bar.  again  downloaded favorites internet explore , manually restored the  favorites bar.  turned around , when looked, favorites bar blank.  have idea going on?

2. right click on start menu and select windows powershell (admin). copy , paste following code inside powershell , press enter:
   • get-appxpackage -allusers -name microsoft.microsoftedge | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register “$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml” -verbose}
3. if process completed successfully, should see message this:
