i cannot resize, screen. can minimize or close only.  my task bar not factory.  

i have windows 10 ver. 1607. clicked , show pinned tiles , sort of additional task bar along right side of screen. have circle thingy think ease of access.  this quite jump windows 7!

hope can screen , task bar normal.

you may in tablet mode, click notification icon (bottom right looks square speech bubble), if tablet mode button blue, click turns gray (if cannot see button, click expand)
