Windows 8.1 Disk at 100% always. For about 5 days straight now - Microsoft Community

and, when i'm on task manager, of programs under disk 0.0 or 0.1 mb / s.  makes no sense.  ideas?

what happened 5 days ago when issue started? have tried running full-system malware scan? have taken troubleshooting steps?

for now, suggest running system file checker , see if fixes issue. if tool renders error messages, please reply full error message.
