win 7 microphone mutes its self - Microsoft Community

ok have been having problem month.. window mutes microphone. un mute , in 30 second re mutes itself.. things ive done.. gone through every single program , made sure donot have authorization modify mic... unchecked exclusive modes in microphone advanced settings.. cleared svchost.exe in task manager.. un installed drivers , mic.. went through turtle beaches diagnostics gave me, , replaced headphones/mic.... headphones/mic working fine.. ive cues cccleaner , malwere bites go through pc.. no issues found.. please help!!!!!!

since did of troubleshooting steps might resolve issue microphone muting, we'd clarify if have downloaded 3rd party program or application?
