User Profile Cannot Be Loaded (February 13 2017) - Microsoft Community

i had problem several years ago, don't remember how fixed, whether "came good", got outside help, or fixed myself.  notice many questions on subject answers appear complicated.

i have windows 7 home premium on pc.  usually, when start-up, user icon name underneath appears.  click-on or punch enter button , proceeds complete start-up without me having enter password.  know of no other user accounts.

the problem has arisen within last 2 days, , you'd know wording:

     the use profile service service failed logon.

     use profile cannot loaded.

is there relatively simple way of fixing this, please, without having edit system files, not qualified without risking further major problems warned?
