Trouble shooting in Server 2008R2 - Microsoft Community

dear all, 

i have been using win 2008r2 server edition. of late facing number of problems causing server hang weekly twice, requiring me cold boot.

the server log comes many errors, of related domain controller. 

wondering if suggest service provider in bangalore, india me contact , errors rectified.
