i received call unknown number.  said quick solutions , working microsoft.  said owed me 299.00 , wanted return me.  i  told him not taking on computer.  said not going to, had sign chrome.  not have chrome account.  ask number calling from.  not give  me... told him wait minute going call microsoft... hung on me.  assuming scammer.  please ware...i scammed around christmas time , took on 2000.00 dollars out of bank account.  police involved.  able 800.00 due police department.  bank not it, because made did transactions... folks beware...

this advice given has phone calls malware, license expiry, etc.

we have errors , warnings in our event viewer, ploy use scare you

these so-called "microsoft" tech companies either want sell worthless software, or gain remote access computer try and steal banking , credit card details , carry out indentity theft on you.

you 1 knows if have given them remote access.

if have given them remote access , if you internet banking, contact bank, explain them , change passwords.

if use credit card online, cancel , new 1 issued you.

and way willl know free of them save data , clean install of operating system.
