Question about upgrading to Windows 10 pro - Microsoft Community

i'm using dell inspiron15 5558 laptop  and came pre-installed licenced windows 8.1 single language 64-bit os but want upgrade laptop windows 10 pro. have downloaded 'windows 10 iso file (64-bit)'. my question will upgrade windows 10 pro free or have buy new license key, activate installation???

unless 8.1 license pro, not windows 10 pro, , need buy new one.
