Microsoft Family, Xbox app - Can't open Google Chrome - Microsoft Community

i can't open google chrome. using gamebar (windows key + g) , opened xbox app.

suddenly, when try open chrome, error message

ask permission

you'll need ask adult in family if can use:

google chrome

i did bit of research (no 1 else seemed have same problem) came conclusion xbox app might have messed up, , has microsoft family.

i checked, , i'm in family fathers account. why blocking chrome, , why can't open it? microsoft family's fault?

update: removed account microsoft family participating in. however, still getting error.
