Help Required To build Password Reset recovery Project - Microsoft Community

hi,

i working in organization have approx 12000 + employees, m in desk , receive numerous daily basis call have reset password on user request. call ratio of password reset calls high according daily reports , statics, own microsoft environment e.g share point , sccm, scsm , lot of other portal/ intranet.

any way work on project user don't suppose call , can go on portal calendar based identification dob , mobile number coloum reset password. user's should have suppose select dob verification , cell number , password texted on his/her mobile number.

i don't know tools required sync data ad , how works here appreciated accomplish project.

p:s have portal user's can go , put secondary email id , reset link email user , he/she can recover password trust me lot harder user's.  many of them forgot secondary email id passwords again have reset manually. solution helpful
