file sysinfo.ocx Deleted by MSE - Microsoft Community

on 3/31/2017 mse decided file c:\windows\syswow64\sysinfo.ocx infected worm:win32/bluber.a virus , deleted it.  subsequently, ms anti-virus support realized false indication , fixed mse & defender.

my question is:  can download win7-64 sysinfo.ocx file microsoft?

you can instruct ms-defender (scep) "restore" file after has been quarantined. quarantined files never deleted unless instruct av so. 

either way, if file cannot restored appears there should no harm in system if removed. there package here has copy:
