Brand new laptop windows 10. Cannot download files. xxxx couldn't - Microsoft Community

bought brand new laptop - windows 10. need download dvd player. tried download vlc dvd player. total failure! unable download anything. thing have managed download have been couple of "audible" audio books. try download comes "xxxxxx couldn't downloaded". tried switching off mcafee - no joy. absolutely fed - please help.

which web browser using perform download?

did try downloading vlc player internet explorer?

how locate , open internet explorer in windows 10
