Windows 10 won't let me downgrade back to Windows 8.1 - Microsoft Community

i installed windows 10 , not it. i'm trying downgrade windows 8.1 settings > update , security > recovery method, when click "get started", absolutely nothing. can't log in administrator account, because sends me same login screen time , date. can't recovery point though made 1 on windows 8.1 before upgrading, , can't access c:/ drive because apparently don't have permission. i'm not going factory reset because computer has important pictures , videos on can't (backup, delete...). causing me huge amount of stress, please help.
