windows 10 showing Blue screen issue with error code 0xc0000098 - Microsoft Community

installed windows 10 10 days ago.all good.all of sudden system did not start.it showed boot problem there. tried reinstalling it,but c drive not formatted because of error   0x80070057..after time tried again,this time nothing happens,but blue screen appears saying pc0device needs repaired ,boot configuration data dosent contain valid information operating system,file:\boot\bcd,error code:0xc0000098.you need use recovery tools. have usb windows 10 in it..i dunno wat do....all files in der,crazy important ones ,can me???

dump files found @ c:\windows\minidump. may need change settings in windows able see files. show hidden files select keyboard shortcut win+s, type file explorer options in search box , click folder options in drop down menu. select view, advanced settings , verify box before "show hidden files , folders" checked , "hide protected operating system files" unchecked. may need scroll down see second item. should make box before "hide extensions known file types" not checked.

 

what computer make , model? if not branded computer motherboard make , model?

 

please download , run driver view , upload copy of report produces onedrive. report on drivers select edit, select followed file, save selected items. text file format please, html files less easy work with.

please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 , press enter key. select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here.
