my computer has crashed several times in last 6 months different issues. has recovered in past. time hasnt, offered restore point failed to. offered to complete reset had backed files , photos opted clean reset. appeared go ok @ end when rebooted cant find operating system windows 7 ultimate 64 bit upgraded windows 10 sometime back. previous issues 10 ihad stable system windows 7. can me offer on screen @ moment ctrl alt del restart , again cant find operating system 

paul, since have your data backed up, option might clean install windows 10. can go straight windows 10 without installing windows 7 first . . .

 

if not have windows 10 installation media click here to download media creation tool (click on download tool now), can download latest windows 10 iso (select create installation media pc), can create bootable usb flash drive (min 4gb) using tool or create iso file can later burn dvd

 

then, boot pc installation media created (change boot order in bios)

 

since had windows 10 installed , activated on pc during installation process skip steps ask product key and select option 'i reinstalling windows 10 on pc', , activation not issue, pc have digital entitlement stored on microsoft servers
