have toshiba tablet, wt7-model c-100. unfortunately ran os on it. tell me please can install windows 10 (clean install). own valid license windows 8.1 first installed on tablet. link downloading operating system, lot. if not possible clean install  windows 10 can install windows 8.1? link me. thank understanding .

if not have windows 10 installation media click here to download media creation tool (click on download tool now), can download latest windows 10 iso, create installation media on either flash drive (min 4gb) or dvd

 

then, boot pc installation media created (change boot order in bios)

 

if had windows 10 installed , activated on pc during installation process select 'i reinstalling windows 10 on pc', , activation not issue, pc have digital entitlement stored on microsoft servers

 

otherwise have purchase windows 10 licence
