Hp officejet 4630 all in one issue in cartridges - Microsoft Community
i'm trying install brand new cartridges hp officejet 4630 all-in-one printer but message kept blocking me getting started print or function message said:"catridges, appears missing if cartridge has been installed, check plastic tape covering ink nozzle has been removed"....but not removed !am perceiving false message? or either way please me solve issue can't printer started because kept blocking me going through next steps first time i'm replacing ink cartridges ever since first bought in 2014 barely use , still brand new to me i'm new to the issue , if message right , @ located? or replace-able? lost manual disc instruction too

you have to remove sticky tape strip on new ink cartridges before inserting them in printer.
you may have ruined ink cartridges. trying print set page tape still in place.
