How do I remove xbox from my Family portal? - Microsoft Community

why when go "https://account.microsoft.com/devices" says "devices associated family’s microsoft accounts" shows no xbox;

yet when go "https://account.microsoft.com/family#/settings/screen-time" show xbox ?! 

i don't want have scroll down past xbox sold 4 years ago settings device kids use.

tech support complete , utter waste of time.

there several reasons why still see gaming device on family settings in account. better assist you, need answer following questions:

  • which web browser using log microsoft account?
  • does gaming device shows on family settings when logged different web browser?

it if can provide screenshot of issue further troubleshooting.
