Cumulative Update for Windows 10 and Version 1607 continue to fail - Microsoft Community

the following 2 updates have failed update on computer since april (6 or 7 times). 

the error messages are:  error 0x8e5e03fa both of updates.

***  2017-05 cumulative update windows 10 version 1607 x64-based systems (kb4019472)*** update windows 10 version 1607 x64-based systems (kb4013418)

are these updates need installed , if so, how them install?
