Windows won't activate on self built PC (Error code: - Microsoft Community

i searched lot after problem, tried lot didn't find right answer.

so few days ago, built own pc specs , installed windows 10 pro on it. bought key on amazon , tried use it. got error code "0xc004c008" info, key used on device. because thought did mistake, bought new 1 got same error before.

does have idea how fix it?
