Windows 10 refuses to update to anniversary edition - Microsoft Community

basically, windows 10 not update anniversary edition. have tried every method can think of, including built in updater in settings, windows media creation tool, windows 10 upgrade tool, yea.... refuses update. kind of error message. microsoft support isn't helping me @ all, people there keep trying things don't work. suggestions how can freaking anniversary edition on computer?
