Windows 10 Creators Update Fails - Microsoft Community

hi -

i attempted install windows 10 creators update (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10), failed.

here's sequence of events:

1. download successful

2. verification process successful

3. installation starts

4. around approximately 7% complete, message: "restoring previous version of windows"

my pc passed of preliminary tests before installation began.

what should fix this???

• did click the update now option on link provided?
• can send screenshot of error message can see full error message?
