i bought acer aspir 15 new laptop. couple of months ago, realized laptop running little slow, tried reset it. wouldn't reset!. no changes made.   have looked @ other post. don't cd computer, , never backed either. do????  i tried did not work!!! called company , said microsoft's fault. talk them. have been trying reach out guys no response. 

this has happen me on previous laptop. if time doesn't work (i never buying microsoft) (switching apple). there customer service soooooo better!!!

if not have windows 10 installation media click here to download media creation tool (click on download tool now), can download latest windows 10 iso (select create installation media pc), create installation media on either flash drive (min 4gb) or dvd

 

then, boot pc installation media created (change boot order in bios)

during installation process skip step(s) ask product key , check option marked 'i reinstalling windows 10 on pc'

 

since had windows 10 installed , activated on pc during installation process select 'i reinstalling windows 10 on pc', , activation not issue, pc have digital entitlement stored on microsoft servers



Windows / Windows 10 / Windows update, recovery, & backup / PC

recently i'm having problems fresh installation of windows 10 pro (3 day ago) win 7 pro key, dont have problems license, , system date, latest drivres versions of programs, said, it's fresh install (the previous installation reason started throwing bsod every time logged in account (by way use local accounts, if thats important problem))  so case is 1.- boot pc 2.- log in 3.- pc usable @ maximum of 1 minute, , open task manager(ctrl+shift+esc)(meanwhile spotify , steam opens , open on boot programs) 4.- pc frozen or unusable (the mouse struggles move , reacts 3 seconds later) 5.- in task manager "client license platform migration tool"(clipup.exe) has 100% of cpu (all 8 cores) "solution" a: try interact task manager , close god damn program , voila can use pc "solution" b: wait 15 20 minutes until program stops running , can use pc i found people "fixed" deleting program tried , cant delet
