i logged onto xbox microsoft account , bought xbox live gold membership renewed each month when signed in asked me add parent , when realised had wrong birthdate down put other account adult , went on change birthdate on account , left family on pc , xbox limiting me things example cannot open google chrome on pc though have left family. appreciate lot if me asap important.

one possible reason why pc experiencing issue due account being added again microsoft family feature, isolate concern, we'd know how removed account family? in meantime, can use link check if account still included in family and how remove account under microsoft family feature.

we're looking forward response.
