Windows 7 upgrade fails and then results in a reboot loop with the - Microsoft Community

windows 7 upgrade fails , results in reboot loop message "the upgrade not successful"

i followed instructions of https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/978421  the duplicate folder c:\users\name\saved games....21times....\saved games. try move c:\temp (which think not exists-i changed c:\users\name\appdata\local\temp)  and says command not valid  . there wrong in article? doing wrong?

(in step2 - in1 says command  cd /d c:\users but in 2 picture has name , command) 1 correct?
