windows 10 strange UI behavor - Microsoft Community

hi,

my question windows 10 desktop shell.

1- when press windows key (or click on windows icon), start menu pops up, 

when press windows key (or click on windows icon) second time, start menu disappears.

2- when press windows+a (or click notifications icon), action center pops up.

when press windows+a (or click notifications icon) second time, action center disappears.

3- when press windows+s (or click on cortana icon, or 3 finger touch on touchpad), cortana appears.

but when press windows+s (or click on cortana icon, or 3 finger touch on touchpad) second time, 

cortana menu (or search menu) not disappear, , reappears animation again.

it not disappear.

why microsoft why? )))

why microsoft careless , sloppy ui?

dunno, maybe cortana having text box type ?  same thing happens <win+r> brings run box (also text entry field).
