since new update of windows 10, now, when restart laptop message pops upon restarting. know why? 

vcruntime140.dll part of microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable package.

i recommend run installation , select repair if have installed, if not install it.

download microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable update 3 official microsoft download center
