Transfer Windows 10 to another PC

i upgraded windows 10 purchased windows 7 pro dvd. pc on it's way out , building new pc. assuming able transfer current license how done?

you can use windows 7 key activate windows 10 on new computer.

uninstall product key older pc first , can use key on other computer.

to uninstall key,type in slmgr -upk in command prompt(admin)

then can use key anywhere.

alternatively can call microsoft activate os on newer pc
