Tablet using windows 8 - Microsoft Community

i cannot access calendar , people contact information offline on tablet using windows 8.1

my calendar , people contacts have been synced account. can access both on desk top computer, lab top computer , tablet while connected. can access both on desk top computer , lap top without internet connection cannot assess them without internet when using tablet.

i receive following error message "your p.c. not connected internet, please connect internet  , try again".
